Vesi provided consultancy services to a large national retail business owner reviewing the potential of acquiring an adjacent site in Brisbane. The sites were zoned for high density development in the EDQ Bowen Hills Urban Development Area and the site supported development of up to 24 storeys. Vesi reviewed and maximized the potential development yield of the amalgamated sites, enabling the land owner to make an informed decision in relation to the potential acquisition of the adjacent site. Vesi completed the review in a short period of time to enable to client to meet an offer deadline on the site.
