Vesi were approached to provide preliminary advice in relation to two adjoining properties in Banyo located near the Australian Catholic University.   The residential properties were located close to higher density sites and commercial areas, however zoned for low-density residential use.   Vesi provided advice on the likelihood of approval for higher density residential use, including student accommodation.   With the advice of an experienced student accommodation provider, Vesi also provided preliminary advice on the costs of converting the existing residential homes for student accommodation.   The owners were subsequently able to make an informed decision in regard to the future potential of the properties.
