Vesi was established by Jason Hedges to facilitate the development of boutique multi-residential and mixed use projects where the design and development process are fully integrated. This alignment between the goals of the development management and design teams delivers superior results through an efficient process. All Vesi’s projects are created and managed with development potential and design working together seamlessly.

Vesi focus on the Queensland property market, with our client base located along the eastern seaboard in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Our clients span from property and other corporate businesses, to families and individuals with small landholdings with development potential. Vesi also provide assistance to other property businesses, including planners and architects, to enhance and improve their client outcomes. Vesi are currently assisting other property businesses improve project yield and also market appeal through design.

Vesi Developments provides clients with development management and advisory services, and associated architectural design services. Our services are tailored to your specific project needs and can span from initial preliminary feasibility review services, to full development/ project management through to completion and handover. We are able to provide integrated architectural services (partial or full), or work with you and your existing design proposal or architect.  For architectural work Vesi utilise 2D and 3D CAD programs, as well as traditional hand drawn representation for early concept development.
