As founder and Director of Vesi Developments, Jason offers the depth of experience of over 20 years working in the multi-residential, mixed use and other development sectors both locally and overseas. Jason’s multi-residential and mixed use experience spans from small townhouse developments through to large-scale master planned urban communities and high density student accommodation. Other sector experience includes education, commercial, and small and large scale, industrial projects.

Jason specializes in concept development and feasibility analysis, and development and project management from project initiation through to completion. Jason has a hands-on role in the concept development and development management of all Vesi’s projects.

Jason has developed multi-residential property as an investor as well as preparing feasibility reports, and providing development management services, to clients. Other experience includes highest and best use assessment of regional Council land and building assets to optimise the return for the Council in the disposal of those assets.

Jason is a registered Architect and has previously been the Principal of a local office of a National Architectural practice and a Director and part owner of a medium sized Brisbane architectural practice active in the private development sector. He has presented at design conferences including the Subtropical Cities Conference, CEFPI, and to development groups, and was shortlisted for the inaugural Subtropical Design Centre International Travel Bursary.
